Auf einer Gesamtfassadenfläche von knapp 2.500 m² ersetzte Dobler-MBM die aus den 1970er Jahren stammende Turmfassade durch eine moderne, elementierte Doppelfassade mit entsprechenden Kastenfenstern inklusive Sonnenschutz und Raffstoren.
Das Resultat ist ein imposantes Fassadenspiel mit Gold eloxierten Fensterelementen und energetischen Vorsprüngen des 51 Meter hohen Turmes.
Die Modernisierung und Neugestaltung der Sockelgebäudefassade (zweiter Bauabschnitt) fällt ebenso in den Leistungsbereich von Dobler-MBM – wir freuen uns auf die weitere Mitarbeit bei diesem außergewöhnlichen Projekt!
